D.T. Bergmann

Dillon Bergmann is a Political Science and Philosophy student at Washington State University, serving as the President of Hazlit House and Editor-in-Chief of LockeSmith. His writing explores the development of the modern National-State, Constitutionalism, State-Society relations, Philosophy of the State, Environmental Ethics from a Classical Liberal perspective, Pro-Liberty Foreign Policy, and Legislative bodies. Outside of academia and University, Mr. Bergmann is active in his community. He is currently a High School Football, Baseball, and Softball Umpire. In addition, he serves as the Umpire manager for two Little Leagues (Cedar Mill and Pullman), creating new and innovative training tools. In his free time he enjoys College sports; musical theater; Perry Mason, and other vintage TV shows; board games; Sid Meier’s Civilization, among with other historical grand strategy games; and simple walks in nature.
